Hello,
When it comes to nebulized lidocaine, is this something that is included in the E/M? I have tried researching and all I see are CPTs for IV lidocaine. When looking to bill I am a bit confused on the process. Are we only to capture the 94640 for each nebulizer done and not the lidocaine since there isn't a CPT for it?
