We often bill for a nebulizer, 94640. We use the disposable administration set, A7006.This code was obtained from the manufacturer.

Is it infered that the set is included in the cost of the procedure?

We would like see if we can bill for the A7006 as many of the patients we see are asking for the sets to reuse at home.

Any guidance is appreciated.
