My pediatrician wants to start offering nebulizer equipment to respiratory challenged children. Does anyone know how to bill these? I have the HCPCS code as E0570 and A7003. I hav contact several ins companies but getting the run around.

Any help is appreciated

We do a "Neb Closit" and get the equipment from an insurance authorized DME provider. They do the billing for the equipment. We just provide the service.

We also use a DME provider and just do the forms and give out the equipment in the office. There was no benefit for trying to pay for and bill for the equipment yourself. It works out great to have them to come in day to day and keep us stocked up and worry about the billing and all. Good Luck!
