also be sure to add mod 25 to the office visit if appropriate

we get paid for it this way... hope that helps.
 
I am told that IDPA does not like modifiers. So, if I have a patient in office setting with 2 neb treatments while here........does anyone know if Public Aid will pay for both with the modifier?
 
If a patient receives nebuliser 3 times within 1 hour
2 times by same physician and 3rd time by different physician how will code this scenario?
will use both 76&77 modifiers or only 77 modifer ?
