When our Florida Pediatric office bills for a nebulizer treatment (94640) they only bill for the treatment. Does anyone bill and get paid for the tubing and Albuterol? If so, how are you coding your claims?

The tubing is included in the nebulizer treatment. Bill the appropriate J code for the albuterol supply.
