Wiki need a CPT code for full thickness graft removal from mandible

patient had a fibula graft to the mandible including the fat and skin. It now needs to be removed and replaced by another type of graft during a vestibuloplasty (complex procedure) I cannot find a code for Debulk flap and skin removal. The surgeon plans to remove down to the bone. Any ideas?
