finger laceration which lacerated the A4 pulley creating a large flap in the radial border and flipped volarly. this was trimmed back to good stable A4 pulley with some remaining distally.
FDP was intact-no trauma/laceration. FDS had minor laceration of the radial slip - nothing was done for this.
Any suggestions on the excision of the A4 pulley? unlisted? Comparable to ?
