Wiki need a ICD-9 ASAP

Can anyone give me the ICD-9 for " nodulal fullness" of the left kidney?

Not enough detail...

I'm afraid you need to get more information from the person who gave you that terminology. Nodules in the kidney could be cystic or neoplastic. If you're coding for a radiologic exam, you should be able to find a more appropriate term in the report. If you're coding for something else, it may be more difficult to code. If you get more info and still have trouble finding a code, please send me a note. I'd be happy to help.
