Any ideas? I'm leaning towards 28285. The limb was exsanguinated and attention was directed to the second toe of the right foot. The lesion was double ellipsed from the distal interphalangeal joint in order to facilitate closure. A small resection of the distal aspect of the middle phalanx was performed following collateral ligament release.
