I have a question regarding CPT 73540 Radiologic examination, pelvis and hips, infant or child, minimum of 2 views. I need to know if anyone knows guideline on what age is considered infant and what age range is considered a child.
 
I don't remember where I had found this info, but 365 days or less is infant for the majority of payers
