Can anyone help me with the codes for a hysteroscopy D & C and a diagnostic laparoscopic excision of right paratubal tissue, please?

These were two different procedures. I have code 58558 for the hysteroscopy D & C, but how would you code the other procedure, please?

Hello,
I think the safest way to go to try 58660-59 . I hope you have correct and adequate amount of documentation what was completed.
