Hi,

I would like to know if the two procedures are coded correctly.

Procedure 1: Pt had LAP Lysisi of Adhesions, Evacuation of Hemoperitoneum, left salpingo-oophorectomy, chromopertubation and cystoscopy. My coder coded it as 58662, 58661 -59 and 52000. Are these codes correct?

Procedure 2: Pt had tension free vaginal tape midurethral sling, cystoscopy. My coder coded it as 51992 and 52000. Are these codes correct?
