Dear all,

If the document doesn't support RRR. How can we bill for the non medicare patient. Few of my colleague's are suggested to code (99221-99223), few of them suggesting me to code(99231-99233).I tried to refer in MLN in CMS but not satisfied because everything is based on medicare consultation guidelines. Can anyone give me some suggestion how can we code such a type of scenario.
