I am having trouble coding the following procedures for my doc:
Laparascopic left ureteral dissection with repositioning of left ureter,
excision endometriois on left pelvic sidewall x2,
excision endometrisosis on posterior cul-de-sac,
excision endometriosis on right ureterosacral ligament.
Would these all be included in 58662? I feel like there should be a separate code for ureteral dissection.

if doc did the dissection/repositioning due to the endometriosis it would be including in the main procedure.
You could consider adding mod 22 if there is documentation of difficulty, circumstance, and extra time that involved the ureter
