I need some direction on coding for a surgery. The procedure is a abdominal scar revision. The notes are below:

We proceeded to excise the extensive abdominal wall scar that was 20 cm x 1 cm in size. This was a full-thickness skin excision down to the level of the subcutaneous tissue.

If anyone can provide some help I would greatly appreciate it.

Depending on if an advancement flap was involved. If not you would need to use a complex closure code.
