Need Assistance with the following procedures:

Laryngeal cleft repair - 31599?

Epiglottopexy 31599?

Supraglottoplasty 31561?

Direct Laryngoscopy - if the notes says the following - was placed in suspension laryngoscopy using a parsons laryngoscope, a 0 degree scope was brought into the field.- is it 31525?

If anybody can clarify these CPT please. Your time is much appreciated.

Good Afternoon,

Not sure exactly what you need re: Epiglottoplexy or Supraglottoplasty? You need to expand on what you are looking for.

With regards to a Directly Laryngosocpy, it is just that, if it's placed in suspension and a 0 degree scope is brought in, now you are looking at "with operating microscope or telescope", they refer to these as Microlaryngoscopy with suspension, see CPT 31536, 31541, 31561, and 31571.
