Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me locate a code for whole blood injection. This is not a PRP injection.

You'll have to use 20999, Unlisted MSK procedure and add a description as there is no CPT code for Autologous injections. Most payers do not cover it, so you will need an ABN signed or Prior Authorization. We have gotten prior auth from Work Comp carriers and they have paid.
