Need CPT help - ENT procedure

Hi:

Could anyone help me in finding the appropriate cpt code for following ENT procedure,
1) Usage of stereoscope in ENT procedures
2) Usage of Friensel glass for vertigo examinations

ENT procedure

I think I would need more information than just this. Have you already done a procedure using these items? Sometimes these things are bundled into the main procedure. If you have an op report (no personal infor please, HIPPA rules) you can send to me & I'll review for you. If not, just give more information as to how and what it is used for during which procedures.
 
Thanks for your response but the the thing is that our ENT specialist is planning to do these procedures in outpatient setting for the first time, so still now I don't have any clear procedural notes for this, will be forwarding report once the procedures are done.
