Hello! I am new to Endovascular and need help coding CPT on this one. If I'm reading this correct, we first did an open thrombectomy procedure (access lower leg), 34203. Then we went up into the artery, took an image, 75710. We couldn't cross stent, so then preformed a separate procedure with new access site upper leg, 36140 with ultrasound guidance 76937. We went down the artery, now able to cross stent, and took image (not billable?). We performed another thrombectomy 37186 (can 37186 go with 34203?, is this thrombectomy from different access site billable?). Then took more images (not billable?) and did more repeat thrombectomies same site (not billable?).
I am completely lost and need guidance on this! Please and Thank you!
