I and D of a vaginal cyst??? Any suggestions?

57135 Excision of vaginal cyst or tumor

This would include the following services:
The physician excises a vaginal cyst or tumor. Cystic lesions of the vaginal mucosa may be inclusion cysts caused by trauma to the vaginal wall, Gartner's duct cysts, or benign cystic tumors. Tumors include both benign and malignant neoplasms. An incision is made in the vaginal mucosa over the cystic lesion. The cyst is excised and sent to the laboratory for pathology examination. If the physician is removing a tumor, the tumor is removed along with a margin of healthy tissue. The incision is closed with sutures.
