Hi...need help finding a CPT code for laparoscopic colonic mesenteric adenectomy - only code I was able to compare was 44820 but it's not Lap. Please help.:confused:
 
IF not Lap code

I have always been told that if the code is not lap and that is the way the dr perform it use the code at end of section Unlisted code and put a description in area in the computer system for additional information to explain what was done. Cause if it was not done open you should not code for it.
