Wiki Need difference between 33206 - 33208 & 33212 - 33214

The only difference between those codes are whether or not the patient has existing leads. 33206-33208 are initial implants and include placing the lead(s), placing the new generator, and creating the pocket. In 33212-33214 it is only different because the leads are already in place so this is basically just adding the generator.
