Our Docs sometimes simply put "Lab Review" as the dx. No indication of abnormal findings in the chart. Any ideas what dx we can use for this?

usually when a patient return to review labs it's because something on the lab was abnormal, therefore the physician discuss the results with them and use the Dx of what was abnormal (hyperlipidemia, glucose etc )

Hope this helps
