Im looking for a dx code for " wound check " for scrape, abrasion, burns. Not laceration or removal sutures not v58.30-v58.32.

ALSO I NEED DX CODE FOR " GYN EXAM WITHOUT A PAP.

In the absence of being able to report V58.30-V58.32..... I would need to know a few more details (was this surgical) if so could use an aftercare code. You could use a followup code V67.59 if was not surgical.

V72.31 can be used for a GYN exam with or without pap.
