Need dx for " positive hpv " please. Icd-9 has high risk and low risk, if the dictation is not mentioning risk factor, what do you use?

If the patient is positive, they have HPV, and you can use 079.4; but according to the Notes, this is for the viral agent, and you would also code the disease.
