Need Facility anesthesia & recovery codes for VA Medicaid reimbursement

Hello,

Va Medicaid will not reimburse our Facility w/o HCPCS codes for revenue codes 710 (Recovery) and revenue code 370(anesthesia). Does anyone know what HCPCS codes to use for General Anesthesia and recovery services like for 1st hour and then subsequent time 1/2 hr?
We are trying to build these HCPCS codes into our CDM so that Medicaid will pay.
