I would appreciate your expert guidance in clarifying a confusion related to the E/M guidelines based on the 2025 MDM Cheat Sheet.
If Table A (Problems Addressed) supports a Moderate level based on the patient’s conditions, but
Table B (Data) includes only three unique tests ordered (for example: one MRI of the head, one bloodwork panel, and one EMG/NCV), and
Table C (Risk) is assessed as Straightforward,
Would the presence of three unique tests order alone in Table B qualify as meeting the Moderate Data requirement under Category 1?
