My neurosurgeons were called in to repair a nick to the Internal Carotid Artery. Another surgeon (not in my practice) was operating to remove a CP angle tumor in the middle cranial fossa and nicked the ICA with the drill. My docs went in and had to locate the bleeder and repair it. I cannot find a code to bill.

Any help would be appreciated.
