Wiki need help coding a GYN Surgery

We have a patient that had a Rt ovarian cystectomy with partial oophorectomy & w/lysis of adhesions.....
would codes: 58661 and 58925 be the way to code this?

Laparoscopic?

Was the cystectomy laparoscopic or through an incision?

According to the above article is the cystectomy was laparoscopic and no additional tissue was removed you would bill a 58662 instead of the 58925.

If it was not laparoscopic:

AAPC Coder states that there is an edit when using 58925 and 58661 together.

CCI edit Rule: Sequential procedure *
Code 58661 is a column 2 code for 58925 , but a modifier is allowed in order to differentiate between the services provided.
*Use modifier with code 58661
