Our physician performed a cervical dorsal medial branch radiofrequency bilateral C4, C5. What CPT code would I use? I appreciate any help I can get.

I believe this is an injection into the medial branch c-spine, dont believe there is a CPT so you would have to use 64999 "For radiofrequency therapies that are not destructive of the target nerve, use 64999"
