I took the billing and coding course almost a year ago and for some reason, I'm having a really hard time remembering everything. I thought it would all come right back, but I'm just stuck. Im trying to code from patient notes. Can anybody help me with the steps I need to take? I just need a quick refresher. I'd really appreciate it! Thank you!
 
Do you have a good audit tool? CMS has one on their website along with the 95 and 97 DG. I think once you get those, it will all come back to you.
