Please help me code the following report.

FINDINGS:
The RT Groin Adductor Brevis area was localized with ultrasound and the overlying skin entry sites were marked.
Ultrasound guidance was provided through needle guidance, insertion, pull back, manipulation and extraction. Post procedure images were also acquired.
Initial images demonstrated chronic degeneration and interstitial myositis. The needle was guided into the abnormal area and aspiration was performed, resulting in a dry tap. This was followed by uncomplicated injection of anesthetic agents and corticosteroids, followed by micro-debridement of the abnormal tissue.
IMPRESSION:
1.
Ultrasound guidance and monitoring of the RT Groin Adductor Brevis injection and SonoKinesthesia procedure.
2.
Follow up in 2 weeks.
