I'm having trouble coding a certain procedure my physician did. He did a 1. bilateral groin cutdown for aortic endograft, 2. single-piece aortic edograft, and 3. aortic extension graft.

Now, I've got the first two coded as 34812-50; and 34802. How would you code the aortic extension graft?

If it's a true extention/cuff take a look at 34825/75953-26

Now I'm stuck on a new one. I'm having trouble coding "left carotid angioplasty and stenting". Doc entered through right common femoral, used a 6mm angioguard device, then placed stent with balloon. angioguard device recovered. how do you code a carotid s/p?
