I have finished all my training and am flying through all my practice and prep tests. I have my seat reserved to test on August 16th but I can not find a job anywhere that doesnt want 2+ years experience coding and thats the low ones several are wanting 5+ years. Does any one know of any openings that a new coder has a chance on, or can anyone help the new girl out please! Thank you :)

This is the same advice I give all new grads:

My best advice is to look for non coding HIM jobs, something in registration, account rep, claim follow up, charge entry, etc. Something to get your foot in the door, gain experience (daily use of ICD 9 and CPT) and then move up to a coding job. That is how most of us started out.
