Patient has thrombosed right radial, ulnar and brachial arteries. An oversized stent in the radial artery and a thrombosed, non-functioning AVG . Pt has had renal transplant.
Surgery:
Ulnar interosseus artery to radial arty bypass with reversed great saphenous vein
Ulnar interosseus artery to ulnar artery bypass with reversed great saphenous vein
Excised of thrombosed non function graft (37999)
Right great saphenous vein endoscopic harvest (33508)
Removal of radial stent (included)
Ulnar interosseous artery reconstruction (included?)
Brachial artery open thrombectomy (maybe coded since higher up???)
Ulnar and interosseous thrombectomy (included in bypass)
Are the two bypass procedures also going to be unlisted codes?
