patient was admitted following a fall from a ladder while painting his home. exam revealed several abrasions on his right forearm. he was admitted for observation of a possible internal injury. the final diagnosis was listed as: Fall from ladder. Concussion, ruled out. Which of the following identifies the correct primary diagnosis.

I got Z04.3 or do I code for the Abrasion since the concussion was ruled out?
