We have a patient who came to the doctor's office for cryotherapy and also had their annual nursing home assessment done. Can we bill a 99318 (annual nursing home assessment) in the doctor's office setting or do we need to bill a 99214 since it is done in the office. Need help as the billers want to bill a 99214 and I'm not sure that is correct. Thanks.
