I need help on if a patient was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes does that change at a certain age?

No, juvenile diabetes is not age related, it it however due to pancreatic beta-cell production, a person who's pancreatic beta cells do not produce insulin is a type I diabetic (juvenile), regarless og age of onset. Once they are diagnosed as type I they will always be type I unless they receive a pancreatic transplant.
