Does anybody know if we can bill a 92941 x 2 on the same day of service - only a few hours apart. ? mod. 59 or 76.

Since there's no conflict or global, I don't see why you couldn't bill the procedure twice, even close together on same day if notes support it. When I use -59 I think of it as separate (and different-although technically I guess that's arguable), but when I use -76, I think of it as exactly the same thing done again. So I'd go with Mod -76 based on not reading any notes that might change the argument.

The Pt had two MI's in one day? I'm asking because 92941 should only be coded if the PCI was in the acute phase if the MI. Was PCI in the same vessel?

The pt did have two MI's in the same vessel. It was in the acute phase.
