I am not sure how I should code this.

A patient comes into the surgeon's office after hitting his arm at work. He has an abrasion on his forearm that will not stop bleeding. The surgeon cauterizes the abrasion with cautery tip and sends him home with cream to apply. I am really stumped on how to bill for this.
