Wiki Need help plz. Heart Cath (2 doctors)

Need help with an op note. I have two doctors within the same practice. A cath was done by the one cardiologist and while the patient was on the table the interventionalist came in and performed FFR in two vessels. I only have one report with both names on it. I need to bill this out and was considering modifier 62, however I do not believe this procedure meets criteria for that modifier. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!
