Hi....
Any one help me to understand this concept....

Patient comes for cough, chest congestion and wheezing.After the examination, provider diagnosed as Acute bronchitis and ask the patient to continue the same drug , what he prescribed earlier for acute bronchitis in previous visits also...

I have a doubt how we can consider the points for MDM Table A, whether as a new problem( cough, chest congestion and wheezing) -3 points, or Established problem(bronchitis )with worsening -2 points ...


Need help .....
