Wiki Need help with 78,79 modifiers

Dr performed 3 surgerys need help with modifiers : 1st sugery was a was a 44143 ( Partial colectomy). 2nd surgery next day was for 34201( Embolectomy femoropopliteal artery leg). Same day returned to surgery for 44150 ( Colectomy total).
44150 1st day surgery
34201-79 2nd day surgery
44150-79 3rd surgery same day.
I am unsure about the 3rd surgery modifier, can someone please help me with this Thanks :confused:
 
Based on the information on here 2nd surgery should be 79 modifier. The 3rd surgery should be 78 because your still global to the first surgery as well, but it was not planned.
 
Thank you so much for responding. I will be presenting this surgery @ one of our local chapter meetings in the fall and wanted to make sure I was billing this our right. Really appreciate your response !!!!:D
