Can someone tell me how they would code a "preulcerative deformity of both feet"? There is not much information in this note and unfortunately I don't have the luxury of asking the provider for more information. The only thing that is mentioned in the dictation is that the patient has symptoms of peripheral neuropathy with preulcerative deformity of both feet and loss of protective sensation. I have found a code for "unspecified deformity of ankle and foot, acquired" 736.70. Then there is a code for chronic ulcer of unspecified site 707.9. (Not sure this is appropriate)

Does someone have a better code?
