Wiki Need help with an Endovascular Repair

I need some help with coding an endovasular repair of left popliteal artery aneurysm.


The only code I can find is 35151 which is for direct repair. As this was done endoscopic do I need to code as a stent??

Without reading the report I would say you would have to code it with just a stent placement along with cath placement and radiology. You maybe able to ask the rep from the company that supplied the stent graft, they are usually really good at helping with that sort of thing.
