I am having difficulty getting BCBS and several other insurance companies to pay for Partial Hospitalization. I am billing with in-patient hospital codes as advised on pg 15 of 2015 CPT book, but with the place of service code 52 (partial psychiatric facility) Anyone else having this issue and what are you using to bill for this service?
