I am auditing an MFM physician and I am having some problems. Since the MFM is not the patients primary OB/GYN how does that work with ACOG's global package? Especially if the patient, even though considered high-risk, is not having issues currently in their pregnancy?

Does anyone bill for an MFM? Any information that can help me elaborate on MFM billing would be greatly appreciated.
