Thank you for your response. I am currently working for a billing company, and we took on an account that is using Wellsky. I am trying to find someone who would be willing to give me a quick crash course on payment posting/adjustments, etc. We have a bunch of medicare secondary claims that were billed to the patient but crossed over to the secondary insurance and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the claims out of pt responsibility so I can post the secondary payment. We also have a lot of balances that were adjusted off but we need to post payments to and I can't figure out how to reverse those adjustmetns. If you, or anyone on your team would be willing to give me a crash course, I'd be forever grateful!
