My physician did a REVISION of lower extremity bypass graft using code 35881 and in doing so, harvested an upper extremity vein (35500). But 35500 is an add-on code and cannot be used with code 35881. Is there another code that could be billed for the harvesting portion of this surgery? Thanks!
