We performed in a hospital setting an Incision and Drainage of a cervical abscess with curettage. I can't find a really good code that meets all of this criteria. Please help!

Without seeing the op report, my suggestion would be 57500 for removing the cervical abscess and 57505 for the endocervial curretage. If a colposcope was used then you would use one of those codes.
